Do not exceed the recommended serving printed on the label. Keep out of the reach of children and do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing.
Saw palmetto can affect a PSA blood test used in prostate screening — tell your doctor if you are being screened or monitored. Horny goat weed relates to circulation, so check with a doctor if you take blood pressure medication or nitrates. Boron has a tolerable upper intake level for adults, and the label states the chelate weight rather than the elemental amount. Nettle may interact with diuretics and with blood pressure and diabetes medication.
New or worsening erection problems deserve medical assessment. They can be an early sign of heart disease or diabetes, both of which are treatable. Please see a doctor rather than self-treating with a supplement.

The label states the product has been manufactured in an FDA-registered facility. Registration describes premises that are on file with the FDA. It does not mean the product is FDA approved — no dietary supplement is, because no such approval process exists for supplements, and we do not describe Horsewood that way anywhere on this site.
